As you may know, the abutting neighbors of 283-303
Naugatuck Ave. are embroiled in a lawsuit against the City of
Milford and Louis D'Amato to stop the over development of that small
parcel of land.
If you are not familiar with the case, please go to the SODD page
for more information. As it is a small group of homeowners
involved, and we are up against one of the largest taxpayer's in the
City of Milford, and the City of Milford, we are appealing to our
fellow friends and neighbors to help with the cost of this lawsuit.
Any and all contributions would be greatly
appreciated. Although our attorney is being extremely generous
with us as she feels, as we do, that our entire district has
been wronged, there are certain unavoidable expenses that have been,
and will be incurred with such a case.
We are fighting to protect the health and safety of
all that live and travel in this district. We would appreciate
it if anyone could contribute any amount to help us with this
lawsuit please forward a check in any amount with a brief not
explaining that it is to be credited to the escrow account of
Milford Resident's vs City of Milford Planning and Zoning we would
be most grateful.
